Update on Victoria's situation on the "co-ed" issue. Obviously, all the old boys are totally agaisnt it, we believe that the 129-year old tradition must be kept alive, instead of taking the paths that Gan Eng Seng and Bartley took. (No offence, it's just for reference, and to enrich the reader's general knowledge.) Imagine a place where you studied for 4 years, one which teachers s*c*ed but the student population was lively and crappy, strong school spirit and all. And one day, after you graduate, some smart*s* goes back on his words and annouces that the school is going "co-ed"! Yippe~!! Ya right, yippie my ar*e. What if Sas, Rgs, Monfort, St Gabs, Sji, Chij all annouce that they are going co-ed. I don't see anything happening except the death toll increasing for that week. Anyway, the honourary OVA (no, it has nothing to do with an ovary, its the Old Victorians Association), has released its official stand, stating that it was all agaisnt this dumb idea. (Please note, dumb idea was my own) Now, all we can do is wait and see who else wants to dig a deeper grave. Anyway, if VS does turn co-ed, I have nothing more to say but to become a full-time saint. I mean, the teachers are agaisnt it, the boys are all agaisnt it and the gays want the boys for themselves! So, yeah, as you can very much witness for yourself. It's reeeeaaaalll "smart".
Oh, I got myself a new toy, thanks to Mr and Mrs Toh who both kindly granted their beloved son with a gift. Its all white and boxy. Exciting~.
