My block leave is going to end! And just before it ended I went for a 3 day 2 nights cruise (much needed) and also recieved my next posting order, going to MDC! Phew!~
Ok the cruise was real fun. Pure fun. And lots of slacking and lying around in the sun and under the moon with strong cool winds blowing throughout, especially at the top deck of the ship. In the middle of the sea, deck 13 with a clear sky filled with stars that cannot be witnessed in Singapore with my beloved girlfriend, pure bliss and heaven man. The cruise had good food, like the really delicious and heavenly japanese cuisine (its really f**king good) and western buffet. And chicken drumlets. Argh, the food was good and the other types of food at least average. The scenary was needless to say beautiful especially when we reached the Redang side. Went snorkling for the first time! Saw a baby shark, a school of swordfish and other colorful fishes like the parrot fish and some really nice pattern coral. Me and dearie had a "soggy bread fight" with seawater soaked bread. Haha. Someone cant aim. Anyway by the time we returned to the ship (we had to take a small boat out to the marine park straight from the ship, which was anchored away from all the small islands) with our suntan, we were freaking hungry and tired and sweaty. Had a damn nice bath and went to eat our jap food. Heavenly. Then after that we went up to the top deck for a BBQ party which had a liveband and stuffed ourselves with more food, bread and butter and BBQ beef, with lots of tea, icecream and alot of other shit. Ended up chilling on the deck chairs listening to the band playing all kinds of weird songs including "the reason". Haha. Seriously one of the best nuaing days in my life. Shiok. Not to mention sunbathing in the morning right after breakfast. There was of course worldcup fever during our stay. Watched it on a big screen on the other side of the top deck with 2 cool drinks and one of the best chicken wings/drumlets I have ever tasted. And on the last day we just sat at deck7's balcony, with our "captain's tea", taking in the breeze and music from the iPod and watching the ship sail pass half of Singapore, seeing the country from another beautiful angle and view. The service on the ship was 5/5, food was 4/5 and comfort levels 5/5, snorkling 5/5. Hahah had a darn great time there. Helped take army off my mind and prepare me for going to my vocation. Dearie is the best!~~ hahaha. Shiok shiok shiok. Us before boarding the cruise. Marine Park at Redang Island. Watching the match at the top deck. BBQ party on the last night. Live band! From the elevator. One of the many views. I am the walrus. Yes yes I know I know, unglam. Aw. Singapore. Polluted. Last night on the cruise. Got posted to MDC as an Artiste. Going there to play drums! Goodluck to all of ya going to other vocations! :)
