khoo thoot

So yes while my writing G-Spot is being excessively tickled right now, and with my "emo-bone" threatening to kick in anytime, I've decided to post again. Toonii phom yaak phuut Meng Thay kap rian phasaa Thay. My Thai lessons finally ended after 12 weeks. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive before the lessons, being allergic to thinking and all, but the moment lessons began, the lecturer really eased all my psychological knots. I've got to say, for someone attempting to rewire our language systems, aacaan Nook did an extraordinary job. Many people ask me, "why bother learning Thai?" Well, besides the fact that I accompany Shan to lessons every weekend, I knew that the Thai language, Thailand and its people are unique to the rest of the world. I usually feel like a little mouse trapped in a maze at sardine-packed areas, and I fucking hate that feeling. Suffocation and fustration usually sets in really easily at those places. But while moving around in Bangkok, it never feels like that. Partly cause you are busy shopping, partly cause your busy taking in fresh sights, partly cause the people there seem so happy, partly cause there are smiles all around, partly cause they are really unique. I like how the Land of Smiles always seems so raw.

Was listening to Incubus again today. I just love their mellow stuff, Aqueous Transmission especially. Bursts of mini orgasms in my ears.

Do any of you actually watch shows on youtube? I feel crippled every time I wander to a NBC or ABC website and try to stream their programs only to be cruelly rejected by their servers. I miss those American nights where I could watch basically anything I bloody wanted. Anyhow, its Extreme Makeover Home Edition I'm missing. Youtube just took it off their website and now I'm getting withdrawal symptoms. Hands up for those who watch the show and weep silently behind closed doors! *hand up* Seriously, I don't know whether its the architecture, the hope you see or the storylines behind each episode, but it keeps me coming back for more and more. And more.

Watched Sing Dollar with Shan and family. I love how its so unpretentious. You don't have to be witty. The humor is so raw, straight to the point, kicks you straight in the funny bone. No fake accents (referring to those playing as Singaporeans), people accepting their art for who they are and not gearing to what they are not just so they can feel more important than they don't think they are. Thumbs up.

Oh ya by the way, screw those Acai Berry pills.

One last thing, we only have 1 birthday. The rest are what you make of them.

Deon.
