School work is starting to explode with datelines. And, I thought in the first 3 weeks of school that everything was pretty easy to work with until, week 4. How apt. It's rather easy to met datelines, but actually producing quality material for the tutors of course isn't easy. NUS is underrated. Seriously underrated. So all of you who study there, just to let you know, if you can survive NUS you probably have the potential to ace a "normal" overseas college.
The good thing about my experience for the past year is, it (or I would like to think so) really got my self-discipline aroused. Trust me, sitting in a practice room for hours, practicing till you doze off isn't too funny. After studying the lingua franca of the world, it really imbued lots of self confidence, drive, creativity and installed a new perspective within me. In a sense I'm more fearless.
Some ramblings on peeves I developed during my Japanese classes and ethics classes. First off, there's this senior in Japanese class who acts as if she's a damn fucking big shot. She rolls her eyes at some comments that the freshies make and doesn't really give reverence to her classmates. I'm seriously holding back my slap-impulse. I don't claim to be an angel but at least now, I pay more attention to others. I'm not claiming to be altruistic but neither am I an egoist. At the same time, ethics class has been really intriguing for me. Forgive me for my ignorance in the topic but I really came to realise how important the grey area is in life, finding a nest there would be invaluable for any emotional being.
So we were supposed to annouce the fingerfoodpartie this weekend but then again, due to school projects, a performance, and some auditions I cannot be present to host the party. So, it will, tentatively be held the following week alright? I will update all involved. Kisses all around friends.
